Policies & Guidelines

These policies exist to protect the experience for every client. They are implemented respectfully and consistently, without exception.

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable $40 deposit is required to secure all appointments.
The deposit is applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment.
Deposits may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment with a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
Deposits forfeited for late cancellations (under 48 hours) or no-shows are not transferable.

Cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice allow deposit transfer to a future appointment.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit the deposit entirely.
Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to an additional late cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service total.
Frequent late cancellations may result in restrictions on future bookings.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. There is limited buffer time between clients.
Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may require the service to be shortened or rescheduled.
Rescheduled late arrivals forfeit their deposit and must rebook with a new deposit.
Please notify in advance if you anticipate being late — communication is always appreciated.

No-shows forfeit their deposit in full.
A no-show on a rescheduled appointment will require full pre-payment for any future bookings.
Repeated no-shows will result in permanent removal from the booking system.

Arrive with clean, bare nails — no existing polish, gel, dip, or acrylic unless removal has been booked as an add-on.
Do not apply oil, lotion, or hand cream on the day of your appointment — even after washing hands.
Nails should be dry and free of any moisture.
Inform your technician in advance of any known nail damage, infections, or health concerns.
Do not trim or file your nails before your appointment — shaping is part of the service.

Apply cuticle oil daily — morning and evening — to maintain flexibility and moisture balance.
Avoid prolonged hot water immersion (long baths, hot tubs) for the first 24 hours after application.
Wear gloves when cleaning with harsh chemicals or detergents.
Do not pick, peel, or bite your nails or any lifting product — this causes damage to the natural nail.
Schedule your infill appointment 3–4 weeks after application to maintain structural integrity.
If any nails lift or chip unexpectedly within the first 5 days, please contact the studio — complimentary repairs are offered within this window.
